Sarthak RaychaudhuriFounder & CEO
Founder & CEO
Sarthak Raychaudhuri, Founder Aarohana Consulting, is an accomplished HR professional with more than twenty-five years of experience. He specialises in organisation development, change management and aligning HR strategy to business. He has rich experience in organisation transformation for both turnaround and growth.
Sarthak brings in a balanced view to organisation transformation, having worked as a consultant and more recently in leadership roles with large multinational companies. In his last assignment as Vice President HR for Whirlpool Corporation in Asia, Sarthak was responsible for the entire Asia market. He was also part of Whirlpool’s Global HR Leadership Team crafting and driving the global people agenda.
Sarthak has worked extensively in the area of building and transforming organisation culture. He has helped young organisations to develop their people practices while supporting mature organisations to make them impactful. His understanding of business and its drivers is incisive, which he integrates seamlessly with HR.
Sarthak is a trained coach and has coached several business leaders in CXO level positions. He has worked across cultures with specific focus on China, Hong Kong, South East Asia and Australia. His industry experience spans across manufacturing, consumer goods, pharmaceuticals and retail. He is also an accomplished trainer.
Sarthak is a trained ICF Coach and certified in Hogan Assessment, OPQ32 Assessment and in PI tool. He is trained as a LSIP facilitator by Kathleen Dannemiller Institute and as an OD practitioner by The Centre of Creative Leadership.
Sarthak started his career with Tata Motors at the Jamshedpur plant and has worked with companies like Eicher Consultancy Services, Ranbaxy and Aditya Birla Group. He is an alumni of XLRI, Jamshedpur and has a MSc Degree in Physics from Delhi University.

Maheshwari has 17 years of experience and specializes in areas of Organisation Development, Coaching, Psychometrics, Assessment & development Centre, and Professional/leadership Development. Her approach is a mix of process facilitation and art forms that are highly experiential and reflective in nature. She has worked with organisations like Anytime Fitness, Lotus Herbals, and Nutrihealth systems Pvt Ltd. She loves reading & is a travel enthusiast.

Medhika Sood, a seasoned professional with over 13 years of expertise, specializes in Learning & Organizational Development, Talent Management, Leadership Development, and Coaching. Certified as an ACC Coach, she completed her Executive Studies in OD and Change Management from TISS. Her impactful contributions have graced renowned organizations such as Wipro, Tata Teleservices, Cloudtail India (Amazon’s Joint Venture), Uniphore (a Unicorn Startup), and Tynor (Orthopaedic Manufacturer). Guided by her core values—Integrity, Courage, Partnership, Ever-Evolving, Growth, and Contributions—she is dedicated to continuous innovation, fostering impactful leadership and nurturing individual potential for a conscious and progressive world.

Smritika SharmaAssociate Consultant
Associate Consultant
Smritika is a post-graduate in Counselling Psychology from Amity University. Prior to joining Aarohana Consulting, she has worked as HR Practitioner handling talent acquisition, onboarding and employee engagement. She had independently conducted Workshop on Self-Awareness, Team Building, and managing stress for HP Women Cricket Team. She is also experienced in designing HR processes for clients in technology and retail space.

Biswajeet SahooManagement Trainee
Management Trainee
Biswajeet, a computer science engineer, recently completed his postgraduate degree in Human Resources from IMI New Delhi. With a strong academic background, he gained invaluable experience through various live projects and internships, focusing on HR analytics, recruitment strategy, performance management systems, and growth strategy. These experiences have not only helped him develop a diverse skill set but have also provided valuable insights into the field of Human Resources, enhancing his capabilities and knowledge.

Kareena Jain
Kareena specializes in the area of deep inner work, coaching, transformational interventions and leadership development. Her programs and interventions are highly experiential and deeply rooted in both eastern philosophy and pragmatic western theories. Prior to founding Artth, Kareena had worked for more than 15 years in organisations like IBM, Aricent and Whirlpool. She is a Masters in Organizational Psychology, Doctor of Naturopathy and Diploma in Training & Development.


Deepa Mahesh
Deepa has 15 years of experience in Organization Development, Training and Talent Management. She currently is a Life & Leadership Coach and an Expressive arts-based facilitator, where she integrates multiple modalities namely, OD frameworks, expressive arts, eurythmy, human biography work, movement & dance, Gestalt, spirituality and mindfulness in her work. She is the Founder of Poorna Wellbeing and envisions to spread wellbeing and mindfulness across humanity.
Pankaj Saxena
Pankaj has nearly 3 decades of rich combined expertise as HR Business Partner and having exposure to overseas countries- US/Europe/China/Singapore, etc. He has worked for Ericsson, Dabur, Lupin, Atul Glass, etc. His previous full-time assignment was associated with Swedish MNC Ericsson as Director-HR. Previously, been member of professional bodies like HRD, ISTD, NIPM, and Employer Associations, he has delivered global projects Change Management, Diversity, Engagement and Compensation & Benefits.


Sapna Tanwar
Sapna has nearly 13 years of experience in HRD & HRM, OD, Strategic HR, Business and Leadership Development. She has handled HR aspects of both corporate and manufacturing units and worked in LG Electronics, Parle Product, Whirlpool and Marathon Electric. She has delivered projects focused on productivity improvements and her core competency is around Organization Culture Development and HR Operations.
Varsha Bhala
Varsha has more than 15 years of HR experience, a significant part of which is in the retail industry. Starting off as an associate in Tesco, Ireland. Varsha has worked in brands like Esprit and Madura Fashion & Lifestyle. She is a certified POSH and D&I trainer. Varsha believes that the strongest organizations are those in which employees feel connected – to each other and their work.


Sohil Hemnani
Sohil has nearly 10 years of HR experience and specialises in organisational effectiveness, leading projects on driving culture. Starting off in business management in Madura Fashion & Lifestyle, he eventually lead the OE. Currently he is wearing many hats as a Life & Career coach, HR consultant, Social Impact volunteer, and Entrepreneur with additional interests in travelling, writing and sports management.
